About LGT Venture Philanthropy
LGT Venture Philanthropy (LGT VP) is an independent charitable foundation established by LGT Group Foundation in 2007, alongside the Princely Family of Liechtenstein's vision of creating a lasting, positive impact on people and planet. Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with regional offices in Kenya and India, our mission is to improve the quality of life of people facing disadvantages, contribute to healthy ecosystems, and build resilient, inclusive, and prosperous communities. LGT VP works through long-term partnerships with locally rooted organisations delivering effective, scalable solutions across health, education, and the environment.
Central to LGT VP's current strategy are three Solutions Portfolios, each supported by LGT VP and a collective of funders: Ahadi (community-led nature conservation in Eastern Africa), SIRA (early childhood development in India), and Blue Oceans (marine and coastal conservation globally) which bring together implementers, funders, and policymakers to address complex social and environmental challenges at scale. Since 2007, LGT VP has supported 83 organisations, reaching 29 million people with better access to quality services in 2024. In 2027, LGT VP will celebrate its 20th anniversary, a landmark moment of acceleration and ambitious growth, and an exciting time to join the team.
The Manager, Reporting and Donor Relations is a critical new role at the heart of LGT VP's Resource Mobilisation Competence Centre, created as part of an ambitious scale-up of partnerships with external donors and LGT Group ahead of the organisation's 20-year milestone. The Manager Reporting and Donor Relations sits at the intersection of financial operations, reporting, data management, and donor relations, responsible for ensuring that every donor receives accurate, timely, and tailored reporting, that legal and financial processes run smoothly, and that the systems underpinning donor management are maintained and continuously improved. The role covers five core areas:
Building, maintaining and rolling out donor reporting frameworks across the Solutions Portfolios and LGT Group campaigns,
Managing the operational infrastructure of donor relations including donor advised funds (DAFs) and intermediary giving structures,
Executing the legal steps of the donor onboarding and agreement process once a donor is ready to proceed,
Managing the Employee Donation and Impact Certificates Programmes in partnership with LGT Group, and
Owning CRM data quality in Salesforce and implementing the rollout while building out reporting dashboards.
