Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Consulting practice with a focus on the Financial Services industry in Switzerland. The role is centered on business development: opening new client relationships, identifying and shaping business opportunities, and driving them through to successful closing. The position requires strong expertise in hybrid cloud, data and AI solutions for banks, combined with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a business development strategy aimed at expanding consulting engagements within the Swiss banking sector

· Identify, qualify and shape new consulting opportunities in hybrid cloud, data and AI

· Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and business leaders

· Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle from initial discussions to contract closing, including proposal development and commercial negotiation

· Collaborate closely with technical, delivery and industry experts to design impactful consulting offerings and client propositions

· Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in financial services to inform opportunity creation

· Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and client meetings

· Support internal capability building and contribute to thought leadership in hybrid cloud, data and AI for financial services

Required technical and professional expertise

· Several years of experience in consulting, business development or advisory roles within the Financial Services industry, preferably banking

· Demonstrated success in opening new client relationships and selling complex consulting or technology-led solutions

· Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, data platforms, analytics and AI use cases in banking

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with minimal supervision

· Fluency in German and English, French is an advantage

· Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit

Preferred technical and professional experience

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to create and close new business

· Strategic, structured and solution-oriented thinking

· Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across different teams

· High level of professionalism and client service orientation
