At Omnilex, we’re on a mission to transform the way lawyers work. Our AI-native platform lets legal professionals enhance their productivity in legal research and automate workflows. We collaborate closely with our clients and iterate at a market-leading pace. In a year, we have gone from an early MVP to a product used daily by thousands of legal professionals at our clients in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein - and are now scaling rapidly across Europe.

You’ll be joining a young, passionate and dynamic team of 13, with roots at ETH Zurich.

Tasks

We’re looking for a 360 degree Marketing Lead to define how Omnilex shows up in the world. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and storytelling, turning AI-driven capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with legal professionals and drive adoption. As one of the earliest marketing hires at Omnilex, you’ll shape campaigns, launches, in-product communication, and events - laying the foundations of our brand and go-to-market strategy as we scale across Europe

  • Define and evolve product positioning and messaging that cohesively articulate our value to legal professionals across all channels.
  • Shape and evolve Omnilex’s brand identity - ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Plan and execute product launches, feature announcements, and competitive campaigns across our channels.
  • Craft product stories that demonstrate real-world impact and drive adoption - from case studies and demo scripts to product videos and customer narratives.
  • Lead communications around in-person events and webinars with messaging that captures the attention of law firms and legal departments.
  • Work with our website freelancers and manage content to ensure Omnilex has one of the most persuasive websites in legal tech.
  • Collaborate with design freelancers to create impactful visuals — and step in hands-on when needed.
  • Shape and own parts of our in-product communication, used daily by thousands of legal professionals.
  • Keep a pulse on marketing trends in AI, legal tech, and B2B to identify and implement the right opportunities for Omnilex.

Requirements

  • Exceptional storytelling & communication skills—you know how to turn complex products into compelling and differentiating narratives that drive engagement, with an ability to ideate and develop narratives into effective content and campaigns
  • Strong sense of branding and an eye for how it should evolve
  • Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot, G-Ads, Clay and LinkedIn and understanding of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others to support the execution of your tasks
  • Hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a self-guided manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with speed and accuracy
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship

Bonus if you have:

  • Background in a startup, marketing agency or other fast-paced environment supporting B2B clients
  • Familiarity with legal tech, SaaS, or AI-driven products
