Intro
We’re on a mission to build the go-to alcohol-free craft brand in the drinks world. At
Rebels 0.0 we are not just another drinks company, we are rewriting the rules of the
spirits industry with bold, alcohol-free alternatives.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Cover, Jan–Sep 2026) who’s as rebellious, creative, and fearless as our drinks. Someone who knows how to turn marketing into culture, spark conversation, and put REBELS 0.0% at the center of the no/low revolution.
You’ll be the driving force behind our brand visibility, image, storytelling, and
community building. Your mission: make REBELS 0.0% impossible to ignore.
Tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy aligned with our
brand plan, growth goals, and strategic pillars.
● Collect and translate consumer insights into impactful initiatives and
campaigns.
● Lead and manage campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social,
events, PR, influencer marketing) and focus countries (CH, AT, NL, UK).
● Own the brand calendar, including launches, campaigns, and high-impact
brand collaborations and activations.
● Lead trade marketing execution: develop local toolkits, drive on-trade
visibility, and activate distributors in focus countries.
● Oversee the marketing budget and reporting, ensuring effectiveness and
efficiency.
● Lead the Digital & Social Media Manager and external creatives to deliver
bold, on-brand content and campaigns.
Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Strategic thinker with a rebellious edge and strong creative instincts.
● Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and brand storytelling.
● Hands-on mentality with the ability to lead and execute in a lean startup setting.
● Data-driven but brand-savvy — able to balance performance KPIs with
emotional storytelling.
● Exceptional project and budget management skills.
● Fluent in English (German or French a plus).
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
● 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally in F&B, spirits, lifestyle, or start-up environments.
