The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Robotics Division for a six-month period, starting in Dec 2025 /Jan 2026. During this internship, you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of our robotic systems.

Your primary responsibility will involve completing the software of a 1DOF (one degree-of-freedom) test bench for fatigue analysis of our electric motors and mechanical interfaces. Building on the code and the test bed hardware that has been created by previous interns, you will design a user interface, configure inter-system communication for computers, motors, and sensors, develop motor motion controllers and commission the test bed. In a second step you will thoroughly test the setup, generate calibration routines, trajectory generators and automate a variety of tests.

We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, and all related ANYbotics mechanical hardware.

Please note that we are only able to consider applications from students eligible to live and work in Switzerland. We are not able to sponsor visa or permits for this role . Schengen-Area citizens are responsible for their own permit application. The minimum acceptable duration of the internship will be 5 months.
