Molecular Biologist 

Support the development and application of molecular and microbiological methods for plant-based and microbial research. The role focuses on experimental execution, data analysis, and collaboration within a dynamic R&D environment.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and apply molecular techniques to track markers and microbes in plants (in planta)
• Design and perform bioassays and molecular/microbiological assays
• Execute trials with microbial products and biostimulant-treated plants
• Plan, conduct, and document scientific experiments
• Process and manage samples for internal use and external CRO analysis
• Analyze data, interpret results, and propose improvements or follow-up experiments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and experimental protocols ensuring reproducibility
• Support logistics, sample handling, and lab operations
• Identify and report experimental deviations, contributing to continuous improvement
• Provide technical support and guidance to lab team members

Your Profile:

• Strong academic background in Molecular Biology (plant biology/microbiology is a plus)
• Hands-on experience working with plants and laboratory techniques
• Ability to design and execute experiments and solve scientific problems
• Familiarity with data analysis and scientific literature research
• Strong documentation skills with focus on reproducibility
• Awareness of lab safety (HSE) and chemical handling
