For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Zürich we are looking for a:

Your main tasks:

•Technical Support: Provide technical support for all functions, ensuring plant and equipment are maintained to statutory and manufacturer recommendations. Manage SLAs and be responsible for fault finding and snagging.

•Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE): Participate in and enhance safety culture, log and close out quality hazards. Ensure all hazards are identified and assessed and operate the Lock Out/Tag Out system.

•Maintenance & Operations: Maintain site life and building safety systems. Routine testing of interlocks and emergency stop buttons. Subcontractor management and review of third-party risk assessments. Proactively identify and address facility issues.

•Compliance: Adhere to CBRE/Client policies and procedures. Comply with all company and client site policies, procedures, and working arrangements. Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks.

•Collaboration: Work with team members and specialist contractors.

•Reporting: Report accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.

•Projects: Support CBRE Projects team with fit-outs, renovations, and new buildings.

Your profile:

•Relevant qualification in Mechanical and Electrical fields.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent time management skills.

•Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems.

•Fluency in written and spoken English.

•Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
