You will be joining the Onboarding Team in Zurich as Onboarding Specialist, and integrate into a successful, dynamic team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the business lines on client onboarding for international corporate and private clients as well for Trust, Counterparties and Asset Managers.
• Processing and reviewing account opening applications, review of corroboration documents, performing client identification (KYC/KYB) and relevant due diligence checks based on Swiss Laws.
• Capturing and maintaining client static data in bank’s systems.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines and regulations in client identification (in particular CBD 20) as well as tax treaties (QI/FATCA/AIA).
• Daily interaction with different stakeholders such as Front Office, Legal & Compliance or Counterparties.
• Ad hoc task as supporting projects and optimization (i.e. process digitalization, process automatization or documentation optimization).
• Closely collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues to promote continuous learning and team growth.

We are looking for candidates fitting below requirements:

• Passionate about your work and dedicated to contributing to the success of our firm.
• University degree or equivalent education in banking, compliance, risk management or business administration or a corresponding apprenticeship with proven and extended experience in banking.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience with onboarding of legal entities and trusts as well as deep know-how and understanding of Swiss Banking regulations and excellent CDB 20 standards with respect to due diligence and client onboarding.
• Team player with ability to work independently and precisely with a high-quality standard, attention to details and high degree of reliability.
• Ability to complete high volumes of client files to an excellent standard ‘with a can-do attitude’.
• Open to new ideas and able to problem solve, presenting programmatic solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and good understanding of German (any additional languages such as Spanish, French or Hebrew are a plus).
• Swiss work permit
