You are an established consulting leader with:

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting in Switzerland

• A proven track record as a Partner or senior leader in a recognised consulting firm

• A strong footprint commercial network in Switzerland within in Life Sciences or the Financial Industry (other industries are also welcome)

• Fluency in German and English (essential for our Swiss market)

• A reputation as a trusted advisor

• A distinct entrepreneurial mindset – you build, you lead, you take ownership
