This is not a standard internship. You will build the internal systems that let an 10-person team operate like a 50-person company.

At Studyflash, we are building the learning copilot for anyone, anywhere. We bootstrapped to multi-million ARR, are among the top 1% in MRR growth, and were named one of Europe's hottest university spinouts. We achieved this without VC money, without bloated teams, and without permission.

Our mantra is efficiency: $1M ARR per employee is the goal for 2026. Every internal tool you build directly multiplies our output.

Tasks

What You'll Build

• Internal platforms that automate work. Recent examples: an agentic support system handling >60% of customer inquiries, an influencer management platform saving >70% of manual effort.
• Infrastructure that scales. Self-hosted services across barebone VMs and managed cloud — kept fast and reliable.
• CI/CD pipelines that make deployments from preview to production seamless.

If it can be automated, you'll automate it. If it slows us down, you'll fix it.
