We are seeking an engaged and forward-thinking Pricing Change Manager to play a key role in a critical multi-year transformation initiative.
Join us at the heart of a major transformation project as we migrate to a new pricing platform—one that will redefine how we calculate and manage fees across the bank. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of operational pricing, working side-by-side with senior experts, gaining deep insight into complex fee structures and end-to-end pricing processes.

YOUR CHALLENGE
As Pricing Change Manager, you will take ownership of key workstreams within the pricing platform migration project:
Pricing Platform Migration: Support Senior Pricing Experts in process design, business requirement reviews, impact assessments, and end-to-end testing. Ensure alignment between current capabilities and future-state demands
Translating 'Old' to 'New': Become the go-to expert on existing versus future pricing logic—understand legacy calculations deeply and help design robust, scalable solutions for tomorrow. Serve as the Operational Pricing Champion throughout the transition
Target Operating Model (TOM): Contribute actively to defining the future organisational setup, roles, responsibilities, and workflows for the operational pricing function
Change Management & Enablement: Lead training initiatives, prepare materials, educate super users, and support the operative pricing team during cutover phases to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes
Daily Operations Support: Collaborate hands-on with the operational pricing team—processing special condition requests, managing client queries via the help desk, and supporting urgent pricing requests to maintain service continuity
YOUR PROFILE
We are seeking a structured and solution-oriented professional with a strong commitment to quality and precision and flair for teaching others.
A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with demonstrable experience in analysing and improving operational workflows or pricing tools, particularly in a financial services environment
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and quality standards, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
A demonstrated aptitude for change enablement and knowledge transfer, with a fair for coaching, training, and empowering colleagues
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes on time
You excel at breaking down complex processes, identifying key issues, and driving tasks to completion with thoroughness and accountability
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
Eligibility to work in Switzerland
