Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Program Manager to support a variety of strategic programs and initiatives across our Senior Vice President's organization and the broader group. This dynamic role spans technical and operational oversight, with touchpoints across university collaborations, internship programs, event coordination, logistics, and process management. Your work will drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives that impact teams both locally and globally.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in program management, technical project management, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and German
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the tech industry or research programs
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with university partnerships and/or internship program management
- Familiarity with software release processes and compliance filing
- Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)

Responsibilities
- Manage collaborative research programs with universities, including:
- Gathering and tracking budget requests from leadership
- Managing approval workflows and contract negotiations
- Coordinate internship programs and collaborations with universities:
- Oversee candidate tracking and process management
- Plan and execute local office events in Zurich (e.g., end-of-year celebration, monthly breakfast, company hikes, volunteering days)
- Organize and facilitate paper reading sessions for the global team
- Oversee hardware management in Zurich, including inventory and allocation of laptops and other equipment for interns
- Handle onboarding for suppliers and procurement, including preparation and tracking of purchase orders
- Support all-hands meetings and other cross-team communications
- Coordinate software release management, including filing third-party dependency usage approvals
- Provide personal assistant support to leadership, including:
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Coordination of meetings and travel arrangements
- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and workflows
