Proclinical is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join as a Project Management Lead. This role focuses on providing administrative and operational support for strategic initiatives, including key opinion leader (KOL) engagements, congress activities, and digital transformation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Data & Technology (DDT), to ensure seamless execution of tasks and alignment with organizational goals

Responsibilities:
KOL Engagement Support:
- Coordinate planning and logistics for KOL activities, including meetings and bookings.
- Document and report engagement outcomes in compliance with internal standards.
Digital Data & Technology (DDT) Alignment:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Medical Affairs and DDT teams.
- Manage and maintain the DDT Medical Affairs roadmap.
- Support AI projects, website development, and other digital transformation initiatives.
Congress Administration:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Congress Tracker to streamline activities.
- Oversee communication before, during, and after congresses, including emails and briefings.
- Coordinate booth operations, KOL activities, symposiums, and sponsorship agreements.
- Prepare necessary documentation for KOL engagements, including scheduling and bios.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with medical societies.
Internal Repository Hub Improvement:
- Lead project management efforts to enhance the internal repository hub.
- Restructure vendor management processes and align content with new initiatives.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Own and drive the GMA dashboard metrics to evaluate the impact of Medical Affairs activities.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to leadership.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in digital platforms such as Veeva, congress tools, and DRC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to meet tight deadlines and uphold ethical standards.
