About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs across Switzerland. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and aligning business requirements with technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, driving business value through digital transformation powered by ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and architects to align on solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Track financials and ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
