Über diesen Job
As the Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules across all phases of the build, from design through construction, commissioning, and qualification. You’ll ensure alignment between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to drive project delivery on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 (or MS Project) for all project phases.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and validation teams to gather progress data and update plans.
- Monitor critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies, identifying and reporting schedule risks or deviations.
- Prepare and present regular schedule updates and performance reports to the Project Management Team (PMT).
- Support integration of schedule data with cost, procurement, and resource planning tools.
- Ensure alignment with GMP, safety, and quality compliance requirements throughout project execution.
- Collaborate closely with EPCM partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support change management and claims analysis through accurate planning data and forensic schedule analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of project planning experience in large-scale pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences construction projects.
- Proven experience with Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of project control processes.
- Strong understanding of EPCM project structures and multi-discipline planning (civil, MEP, cleanroom, process).
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on greenfield builds or complex regulated facilities preferred.
