As a
Quality Inspector - External Cell
you will:
Your tasks
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on various engine parts and components
- Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations as well as internal safety and quality standards
- Prepare and review work documentation for internal and external overhaul activities
- Clarify technical deviations from manufacturer specifications in collaboration with Technical Support
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of processes
- Actively apply Lean methods (e.g., Lean events, 5S)
- Conduct internal audits to support the continuous improvement of quality and infrastructure
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanical technician, or equivalent)
- Precise, independent, and quality-driven working style
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
- High sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and performance
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a two-shift system
- Good IT skills (MS Office; SAP is a plus)
- Good English skills required; German is an advantage
