YOUR CHALLENGE
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to play a key role in the analysis of negative interest rate functionality within our Treasury systems
Analyse business requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, and work with stakeholders to refine and finalize requirements
Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models, workflows, and interface definitions, to guide the development of solutions that meet business requirements
Ensuring architectural compliance to governance and minimal standards
Support the test process with test case definition and supervision of test execution of relevant processes and contributing stakeholder
Ensure that all project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications, are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirement engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years focused on Treasury or financial services
Experience with negative interest rate implementations or similar large-scale Treasury projects is highly desirable
Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and interaction between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
Good presentation and communication skills
Fast learner and understanding of business context and existing legacy
Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
Requirement Engineer certification or corresponding qualification / experience
Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
Fluent English skills is a must, good German skills a plus
