Tasks
As a Sales Specialist, you drive our expansion in Switzerland. You’re the one who finds new restaurant partners, inspires them with the Future Kitchens® model - and turns conversations into signed deals.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the road, meeting partners, visiting kitchens, and growing our network city by city.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and contact potential restaurant partners through outbound calls and visits
- Present the Future Kitchens® model and explain how it helps kitchens grow their business
- Qualify leads based on performance potential and location criteria
- Conduct meetings (online and on-site) and close new partners
- Keep our CRM up to date with notes, outcomes, and next steps
- Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to refine strategy and market focus
Requirements
You’re a natural communicator and closer: confident, structured, and motivated by results. You love the thrill of convincing someone and seeing a deal turn into a long-term partnership.
Must-haves:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
- Excellent command of German and French (English is a plus)
- Driver’s licence: you’ll visit partners across Switzerland
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and energized by daily targets
- Bonus: Experience in food service, hospitality, or SaaS sales
