As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical architect to join our team and help our clients implement and optimize cutting edge solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class solutions using the whole Salesforce suite to help our clients achieve business excellence.
In our team, you will work from day one directly for a diverse range of customers. You will have a great deal of responsibilities and opportunities for personal initiative. In a multidisciplinary and diverse team, your contribution to projects is indispensable from the start.
How you can make an impact
As a Salesforce Technical Architect in our team, we expect you to efficiently balance your technical Salesforce expertise with strong project management skills to guide the teams you will be responsible for and deliver successful projects that meet clients' needs and expectations.
- Using your expert knowledge of the Salesforce Solution Architecture, lead the architecture design of innovative solutions that meet or exceed client's expectations to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment;
- Participating in the design and implementation of customizations, integrations, and enhancements to the Salesforce platform;
- Cultivating the end-to-end development of market activities such as responding to procurement/RFP/RFI/pre-sales activities and engaging customers in discovery exercises
- Use Salesforce’s AI capabilities (e.g. Einstein or Agentforce) to design and implement intelligent solutions that can automate processes, predict outcomes, and provide personalized recommendations to users;
- Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and continuously evaluate and recommend new ways to optimize our customers’ platforms, in alignment with their business;
- Developing and promoting internal best practices and standards for Salesforce architecture. Mentoring and developing colleagues by challenging them to stretch themselves professionally and thinking out of the box;
- Recommending and implementing actions for continuous improvement
Who we are looking for
- Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset, enabling you to achieve the best results for your clients, working with a variety of stakeholders in Switzerland;
- You have 4+ years of architecture experience in integration projects and in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions; and you are Salesforce certified (mulesoft is a plus);
- You have a long-term ambition to become an enterprise architect going beyond the Salesforce stack;
- You are passionate about digitisation and are continuously staying informed of the latest innovations that can benefit to businesses;
- You have a strong experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking;
- You are open to working abroad and have a good sense of political relationships and cultural differences;
- You are fluent in German or French, and in English
