Enova is hiring a Senior Business Manager to develop Enova activities in Zurich.

Tasks

We are a consulting company specialized in information technology, data science and artificial intelligence and within Enova, you will develop and manage your own Business Unit by handling the following activities:

• Defining and implementing growth strategies in the information technology sector.
• Developing your network and your customer portfolio
• Recruiting the best talents
• Managing the projects and careers of your consultants

With the trainings and support of Senior Managers, you will bring your Sales and Management skills to the next level!

In a strong growth context in Switzerland, you will evolve quickly inside the organization!

Requirements

• Graduated from a Bachelor / Master Business or Engineering School
• You have 3 years minimum of experience as a Senior Business Manager in Consulting
• You are comfortable with cold acquisition
• You are resilient, autonomous, and able to build up your own will and motivation to perform as you are result-oriented.
• You speak English and German, Swiss German is a big plus
• You are motivated to join a dynamic young team
