As a boutique consulting firm, MMG is currently seeking a (Senior) Consultant - Delivery (80-100%) for our Zurich office. Your Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex strategic projects and ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives
• Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and strategic planning sessions to drive actionable outcomes
• Leverage your professional network to identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships
• Develop business strategies, strategic plans, and roadmaps that align with organizational goals
• Provide strategic guidance based on technology and industry trends, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Develop KPIs, financial models, and high-impact presentations to monitor and measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Lead market research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's, Master's (preferred), or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional official Swiss languages is an asset
• Interest in MMG’s additional services
