Aufgaben

As a German speaking member of the Private Equity (PE) Controlling team responsible for a wide range of tasks such as ongoing financial analysis, review of PE investments, reconciliation of data, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements / Coordinate financials and financial flows with global teams / Contribute to financial projections, cash management of funds and performance measurements / Controlling of PE mandates, analysis of separate accounts and monitoring of mandate specific obligations / Controlling of seamless operational execution of mandates / Contribute to cash management such as capital calls, distributions etc. / Valuation of PE funds in coordination with external service providers, NAV calculations, posting of valuations and processing of cash flows / Financial support in mandate negotiations with clients / Monthly flash reporting for senior management and periodic, differentiated reports for senior management and investors / Point of contact for financial management of portfolios and reporting as well as investor inquiries / Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders / Contribute to the further development of reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes as well as the optimization of tools, business processes and systems / Contribute to the implementation of various local and global projects and initiatives.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance / Additionally ACCA, CPA or equivalent / Professional experience with an Asset Manager or BigFour firm / Professional experience as an analyst with private market, private equity or private debt funds / Track record in fund controlling or accounting / Familiar with the fund life cycle, financial statements, capital calls, valuations etc. / Analytical personality with strong attention to detail / Highly self-motivated and team player / Service oriented with good written and verbal communication skills / Proficient in MS Office and Excel / English as well as German.
