Global ERP transformation program focused on standardization and harmonization of enterprise systems and finance processes across multiple countries.

The Project Manager will lead country/regional ERP deployments within a structured global program framework, ensuring alignment with governance, timelines, and business objectives.

• Contract duration: 12 months (extension possible).

• Lead end-to-end ERP or enterprise system rollouts

• Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and go-live

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, HR, IT)

• Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations proactively

• Oversee finance data migration including ownership alignment and validation

• Ensure compliance with governance standards in multi-entity environments

• Provide structured reporting to global program leadership

• Be hands-on where required while maintaining strategic oversight

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP or Enterprise Project Manager

• Proven track record delivering full lifecycle ERP rollouts

• Experience managing finance data migration

• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style (nice-to-have)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, AX, Finance & Operations) (nice-to-have)

• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and Project Accounting processes (nice-to-have)

• Experience in template-driven global ERP rollouts (nice-to-have)

• Experience upgrading or migrating legacy systems (nice-to-have)
