Senior Lawyer Investment Funds

Development of private market funds and investment vehicles for institutional and private investors, as well as the creation, design, structuring and negotiation of investment products tailored to markets worldwide / In collaboration with specialist teams, development of product design and product innovations for investors in various jurisdictions / Legal support for complex structuring projects from an operational perspective, as well as the design of innovative product features / Collaboration in the planning and development of robust processes for product launches and efficient updates in compliance with compliance and risk management regulations / Controlling tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory aspects / Regular review of documents such as agreements, prospectuses, contracts, side letters, etc., as well as reviewing regulatory frameworks / Collaboration with external law firms and international consulting firms / Point of contact for contract terms and contract negotiations for internal stakeholders in front-end functions / Assisting customers with business development in marketing meetings with presentations and negotiations / Ad hoc projects.

Master's degree and ideally a barrister (or attorney) / Further education such as LL.M., MBA, or CFA is an advantage / Professional experience in asset management at a bank, international law firm, or Big Four firm / Knowledge of distribution processes is an advantage / Professional experience with private market funds, investment vehicles, and innovative products, as well as in setting up funds / Legal and regulatory knowledge in various jurisdictions worldwide and global fund regulations / Analytical, structured personality with proficiency in written and oral communication / Team orientation and project management skills / Ability to multitask / Interest in giving presentations and direct negotiations with clients / IT flair and MS Office skills / Languages: German and English.
