Project Overview: Join a mission-critical transformation program that will reshape how debit card processing is handled in Switzerland. This high-impact migration project focuses on transitioning core debit card processing capabilities to a modernized platform - a foundational step for the future of transaction processing in the Swiss financial ecosystem. With most of the country's debit card transactions running through this system, your role ensures continuity and excellence for banking clients and end users alike.

Your tasks:

• Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements related to card processing
• Review requirements for completeness, accuracy, and feasibility
• Maintain clear and organized documentation to support ongoing development
• Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing user stories
• Act as a liaison between product management and development teams, ensuring aligned understanding and consistent communication across all stakeholders
• Contribute to a smooth platform migration and help mitigate risks through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration

Job Details:

• Duration: Start 01.10.2025 (flexible) with contract until 30.09.2026 (with option for extension)
• Type of employment: Full-time (100%)
• Location: Hybrid Zürich and Home-Office

Your profile:

Must-have:

• Banking Practice: 4-6 years (ideally in card payments, issuing, or transaction processing)
• Requirements Documentation: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in requirements engineering within complex IT environments
• Problem-Solving Skills: Very well developed
• Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
• Process Understanding: Solid understanding of strategy and process alignment in financial services

Nice-to-have:

• Card processing (debit/credit)
• Payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard)
• ISO 8583 / EMV standards
• Platform or core system migrations
