What you're going to do
Do you enjoy realizing groundbreaking projects and building long-term partnerships? We at Adnovum are looking for a dedicated and proactive person who is familiar with the Swiss insurance market and has experience with complex software solutions. In this position, you will support our clients on their digitalization journey and make a significant contribution to the success of our interdisciplinary team.
You have a flair for digital solutions that meet the current challenges of the insurance industry, and you are passionate about selling software solutions? Then you'll fit right in with us! We are looking forward to expanding our business development team with a motivated person like you. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Developing strategic sales plans to acquire new customers in all insurance areas and implementing these plans by means of creative and effective sales methods
- Responsibility for the entire sales process, from generating leads to creating and presenting offers to negotiating and concluding contracts in close cooperation with our highly competent experts and marketing team
- Further development of the «value proposition» for our solutions and positioning them on the market together with our marketing team
- Expanding and maintaining your network in the Swiss insurance market as a relationship manager and business trust advisor
- Systematically maintaining contacts with relevant experts, partners, universities, associations, regulators, etc. to identify important trends and opportunities
- Utilizing synergies with our innovation team and communicating the benefits and potential of corresponding solutions to clients
What we're looking for
- Higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or in the insurance industry
- At least five years' experience in the field of sales or business development within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with the aspects of modern software development and agile collaboration
- Proactivity, self-sufficiency, and a team player mentality
- Fluent communication in German and English
