Now they’re scaling. And they’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can build the team that builds the future.
The Mission
This isn’t a requisition-filling role.
It’s a strategic, front-row seat to scaling one of Europe’s most ambitious AI ventures.
You’ll partner directly with founders and senior leaders to attract, assess and close world-class AI engineers, ML researchers, and technical operators. You’ll shape hiring strategy, elevate standards, and build long-term pipelines before demand even materialises.

What You’ll Own
End-to-end recruitment for highly technical roles (AI/ML, MLOps, infrastructure, data)
Creative sourcing strategies that unlock top-tier passive talent
Strategic talent pipelines aligned to an ambitious AI roadmap
Advisory on interview design, assessment rigor and candidate experience
Market intelligence on compensation, competitor dynamics and talent trends
Compliance with Swiss labour law, visa and immigration frameworks
Employer branding initiatives (events, hackathons, university partnerships)
People projects that strengthen retention, culture and engagement
You won’t just hire talent. You’ll help architect the organisation.
What Makes You a Fit
5+ years in technical recruiting, including 3+ years hiring engineering talent in Switzerland
Deep technical fluency — you can comfortably discuss model training, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines
Strong knowledge of the AI/ML ecosystem (academic hubs, open-source communities, conferences)
Experience working closely with founders in high-growth startup environments
A track record of delivering in competitive markets under tight timelines
Strong grasp of Swiss employment regulations and work permit processes
Based in Zurich and authorised to work in Switzerland
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
