Responsibilities
- Support daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, payments, cash pooling and internal funding
- Monitor daily cash positions and prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Manage bank accounts, e-banking platforms and treasury management systems, including reconciliations and issue resolution
- Monitor FX exposure and support hedging activities, reporting and analysis of market developments
- Prepare treasury reports for management and support audit, compliance and governance activities
- Contribute to treasury process improvements, tools implementation and data quality in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury operations, including cash positioning, payments and bank reconciliations
- Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting, FX exposure monitoring and interest rate basics
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems, e-banking platforms and advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
- Proactive, reliable and structured working style with a continuous improvement mindset
