YOUR CHALLENGE
Treasury SME supporting the implementation of a new trading system, requires expertise in trading system implementation with treasury product scope
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the implementation/ integration of the new IT system, ensuring that all essential inputs are captured and integrated into the project
Represent Treasury in working groups and forums to ensure the alignment with the internal Treasury Experts by providing regular updates, set-up plannings and prepare decision topics with key stakeholders across functional areas
Ability and experience to communicate to senior stakeholders on ExB / BoD level
Prepare thorough documentation for steering committee/Business Sign-Off meetings, providing a structured framework for informed decision-making and guiding key project decisions to senior management
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes to new trading system, data structures, and business processes and ensure targeted and structured escalation
Understand the differences and impact of the new trading system on the existing infrastructure and treasury processes incl. up- and down-stream systems and support impact analysis and solution design
YOUR PROFILE
At least 10 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, with a strong focus on treasury, transformation projects, and system implementation
Multiple years of experience in Treasury management areas incl. IRRBB, FX, liquidity and funding management. In depth understanding of treasury products
Technical skills: Good understanding of trading systems, valuation models and risk views, knowledge of programming languages and SQL is of an advantage
Experience with migrating legacy systems, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review
Structured approach in communication and documentation with ability to effectively engage with stakeholders on different seniority levels as well as with technical experts
Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and data modelling as an advantages
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation, business requirements, and technical specifications
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
