Independent trustee company based in Switzerland and specialised in trust set-up and administration services
Tasks
- Manage a mix portfolio of structures (such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, private trust companies) for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups;
- Develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention;
- Work directly with the end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents and other third parties to ensure the proper administration of the structures;
- Implementation of fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors;
- Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met in order to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business;
- Take part in events as a speaker, if needed;
- Provide support to Legal and Compliance Office;
- Stay up-to-date with the regulations and trends in the industry.
Requirements
- Professional experience preferably in trustee companies with international clientele
exposure, or, alternatively, experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions, joining a senior position; - Strong knowledge of Trust instrument, its application and benefits;
- Good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction;
- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style;
- Well organised and ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure;
- Outgoing personality and confident to speak to end clients;
- Capacity to understand both clients' and our firm's needs;
- Team player, open-minded and pragmatic.
