Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX).
- Experience in designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, interface mockups and prototypes.
- Experience in a client-facing role with interacting to business leadership and customers.
- Experience in designing for Business-to-business-to-consumers (B2B2C) products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in marketing design, communication design, or branding strategy with introducing products to global marketplaces.
- Experience in using design systems and frameworks and contributing to them.
- Experience with presenting to stakeholders, and communicating team’s objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate objectives and advocate design excellence.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
