The team "Business Decisions & Automation” owns the Actico Rules based Business Rule Management System. Our team of experts delivers and operates business rules solutions that enable quicker and rule-based business decisions.

As IT Service Owner you will join our Business Rule team and be responsible for the Business Rule Platform and Business Rule Engine solutions as driver of operations and change management matters.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Manage the operating model to ensure support levels and effort sharing of operational tasks

• As part of the operating model, the IT Service Owner directly ensures the provisioning of 3 rd level support

• Aligns with providers and infrastructure in respect to lifecycle for IT Service (planning & execution)

• Continuously improve the service availability, performance, capacity & knowledge management

• Responds to risk related matters such as audits, access rights controls and annual risk assessments

• Manages risk mitigation actions and pipeline of technical debts

• Consults stakeholders with regards to sustainability and operation-readiness of the delivery and provides non-functional requirements, their test cases and is responsible for validation

• Aligns with delivery team and release management for deployments into UAT and Production environments

• Acts as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service, as such decides with stakeholders on production readiness from IT perspective (provide Go / No-Go recommendations)

YOUR PROFILE

• Education BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• Understanding of software development lifecycle. Agile certificates are a plus

• Knowledge in system/software engineering in Java

• Expertise in Actico Business Rule Management (modelling, management and implementation)

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Expert in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery as well as in Harbor and Octopus

• Expert in defining and implementing RESTful APIs

• Knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle and H2 databases) and SQL and s olid understanding of Linux operating system

• Expert on Actico Platform operation (Model Hub, Execution Server & Workplace)

• Knowledge in Actico Workplace & Dynamic Application Framework

• Team player, strong collaborator with the ability to take ownership and communicate on different levels/stakeholders

• Ability to analyse complex problems related to the applications and to seek and provide solutions with minimal guidance from superiors

• Commitment with drive and passion for delivery high quality solutions with reasonable amount of effort , well-structured and reliable
