We manage the YouTube uploads user experience and support Creators throughout their publishing journey. We also run the client-side infrastructure for uploads and support some of the newest GenAI experiences on YouTube.

Responsibilities

Write a product or system development code.
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Build new features to make uploads simpler and more integrated with Shorts Creation and Studio Inspiration.
Help creators distribute their content to the right audience at the right time, use generative AI for better content or increase their earnings through better business generation controls.
Make uploads more reliable by improving the client-side uploads infrastructure, shared between the YouTube, YouTube Studio, and YouTube Create apps.
