Beschreibung
- Ensure craftsmanship complies with all relevant SRT, airworthiness, and regulatory requirements.
- Allocate work tasks to employees, plan resources based on workload, and monitor work efficiency.
- Demonstrate commitment to providing cross-divisional support in other SR Technics departments.
- Coordinate the provision of necessary equipment, tools, and work documents.
- Effectively manage human resources and qualifications to ensure efficient order processing, and actively participate in staff and departmental training and development.
- Apply Lean principles for continuous improvement towards achieving departmental objectives.
- Review and optimize processes within your responsibility.
- Foster a performance-driven culture within the team, periodically reviewing objectives.
- Implement the Performance Management Process (PMP) and actively engage in employee motivation.
- Report to the Quick Turn Line Supervisor.
Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
- Qualifications:
- Higher Technical Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation engine MRO
- Desirable experience in a leadership role
- Willingness to work in two shifts
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with precision and responsibility
- Open-minded and dedicated team player
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Minimum English Level: B2, knowledge of the German language is a plus
