Our client, an innovative and growing division in business aviation, is seeking an experienced Aircraft Operations Manager to lead their high-performing Technical Operations Team. Main Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of up to 18 professionals, providing coaching and development.
• Project Management: Plan, schedule, and control complex aviation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Process Optimization: Apply Lean principles to identify and implement improvements in workflows and operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all regulations (EASA, FAA, FOCA, Part 145, Part 21) and internal quality and safety standards.-
• Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Certification staff to meet project goals.
• Audit management: Coordinate and implement corrective actions in response to audit findings, fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Solid track record in managing teams and complex projects within the aviation industry (OEM, MRO, Completions Center, etc.).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aerospace regulations (EASA, Part 21).
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, team motivation, and change management capabilities.
• Plus: Knowledge of Lean principles (Green/Black Belt certification is a plus).
