Responsible for leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects and operational day-by-day tasks. Ensures systems efficiency, resource allocation and promote collaboration within the team. Offer technical expertise and act as a role model by delivering value for clients, developing teams and talent, and working collaboratively across the Bank.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team focused on applications and service monitoring around AML Solution, Strategic Trade Surveillance Solution and Identiy and Access Management

• Fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.

• Set clear objectives, implement performance measurements

• Effectively manage team capacity, including recruitment, coaching, handling performance

• Responsible for run the Bank budget and smaller change the Bank initiatives

• Work collaboratively across teams, units and the bank; proactively engage, partner and effectively communicate with governing bodies

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire IT team and to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

• Decisive and result-oriented person, with strong management skills

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to strategically plan and allocate resources

• Proven communication skills to deal with employees and stakeholders on different management levels

• Technical proficiency and strong problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the Banking and IT industry

• Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to new situations

• Several years of relevant professional experience

• Min. 5 years experience as IT Team Head

• Higher education in the field of IT

• Analytical & Coordination skills

• Independent working style, self-responsible

• Project- and budget management skills
