Über diesen Job
Intro
We believe that in the future, most event managers will be replaced by AI.
And we want to build this AI.
With over a decade of experience in this field, we see a huge untapped opportunity to intelligently automate most event management tasks — An industry that is heavily labor-dependent and increasingly struggles with operational inefficiencies, rising costs, and declining profitability — all often tied to staffing challenges. It's ripe for disruption. That's why we're building the digital event manager: A powerful AI-driven platform that empowers event venues around the world to run lean, scalable, and thriving operations — without relying on excessive manpower.
We're now looking for an early team member or technical co-founder to join us at this MVP stage. You'll be our technical builder, focused on making the product functional behind the scenes. While product plan, design and frontend are already covered, your role is to lead the structure that powers it all — the database, functionality, logic, and integrations.
Tasks
- Backend Development & Database Architecture: Set up and manage scalable databases (e.g. Supabase, Firebase, or similar)
- AI Integration: Build "Agentic" features powered by OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, and/or more
- API & System Integration: Connect frontend logic to backend functions, webhooks, and auth flows
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Stripe, Make.com, n8n, or Zapier
- We believe in the future of No-Code, and
- Previous side projects, SaaS ideas, or automation experiments
Requirements
- You've built things on your own — maybe not in a job, but in your free time
- You're plugged into the no-code revolution (e.g. Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, V0, etc.)
- You want to own a product, not just code as it was your regular job
Benefits
- You're ready to commit min. 50% part-time for the next 4–6 weeks for an initial MVP build sprint
- You're open to equity-based collaboration as a co-founder or founding team member
Closing
Let's build something that changes an industry.
If you're ready to be part of something ambitious from the very beginning — and to actually build the system that powers the future of events — then we'd love to hear from you.
Apply or reach out directly. Let's talk.
