As a UX Designer, I contribute to shaping intuitive and efficient user experiences across Julius Baer’s digital landscape. Working within a design team led by the CX Strategist—who oversees the overall design backlog I focus on usability, user flows and translating complex requirements into clear, human-centered design solutions.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Prototyping in Figma, creating interactive wireframes and user journeys that enable fast iteration and alignment with stakeholders

• Ensuring design decisions are grounded in usability best practices and support seamless end‑to‑end user flows

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed designs integrate smoothly into agile delivery processes

• Helping mature the organisation’s approach to user experience as part of its broader transformation towards more agile, test‑driven, and quality‑focused development practices

• Keep track on progress in Jira to document status for team

• Collaboration with CX Analyst who is responsible for as-is and to-be journey mapping as well as insights collection (pain points & needs) prior to UX design

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience working in UX, with a strong background in leading design initiatives

• Extensive experience designing user‑centered digital products, ideally within the financial industry or design agencies

• Deep expertise in usability, interaction design, and user flow creation, with a strong ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences

• Advanced proficiency in prototyping and interface design in Figma

• Strong experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative, test‑driven delivery processes

• Skilled in driving design‑related process improvements and embedding UX practices within larger organisational structures

• Familiar with research‑driven validation methods, accessibility standards, and quality criteria for digital experiences

• Good understanding of cross‑functional workflows, including collaboration with product, engineering, and QA teams

• Comfortable contributing to strategic design roadmaps and planning design resources across multiple initiatives
