- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research, usability tests, and interviews to gather insights about user needs and behavior.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and gather quantitative user behavior data to support informed design decisions.
- Develop and maintain customer personas and journey maps that reflect the motivations, needs, and behaviors of our global audience.
- Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with designers and PMs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Evaluate design impact through ongoing testing and analysis.
- Advocate for the customer and promote a research-driven culture.
- Build scalable, efficient research practices and tools.
- 3+ years of experience conducting user research, ideally for digital products in travel, education, or experiential learning contexts.
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing research in a fast-paced, agile setting.
- Experience creating personas, journey maps, and insight repositories.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you make research findings resonate.
- Proficiency in using research tools such as usability testing software and data analysis platforms.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Valid work permit or permission to work in Switzerland.
- A passion for language learning, cultural exchange, and global education is a strong plus.
