Nach einer Einführungsphase des Kennenlernens der Wertschriftenverarbeitungs-prozesse im Corporate Actions Umfeld (Zinsen, Dividenden, Rückzahlungen, Splits, Gratisemissionen, um nur einige zu nennen) werden Sie als Mitglied einer Arbeitsgruppe für die ganzheitliche und eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der auszuführenden Kapitalmassnahmen von Anfang bis Ende zuständig.
Folgende Aufgaben gehören dazu

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Ermittlung, Identifikation, Kategorisierung und Ausführung von betroffenen Ereignissen

• Korrekte, zeitnahe und fehlerfreie Abwicklung der Ereignisse

• Termingerechte und genaue Instruktion an Lagerstellen oder Fondsadministratoren

• Bearbeitung, Beantwortung und Erledigung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen

• Proaktive Bewirtschaftung von Kundenbuchungen inkl. Bereinigung von Differenzen und anderen Anfragen

YOUR PROFILE

Für diese spannende und abwechslungsreiche Funktion suchen wir eine Kollegin oder einen Kollegen mit den folgenden Voraussetzungen:

• Banklehre, kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Matur (vorzugsweise mit Bankerfahrung)

• Wertschriftenkenntnisse (Erfahrung mit Verwaltungshandlungen von Vorteil)

• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Sie überzeugen durch:

• Teamfähigkeit, Kollegialität und Zuverlässigkeit

• Selbstständigkeit, Exaktheit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

• Freude an fachlichen sowie technischen Details

• Mit Ihrem hohen Grad an Eigeninteresse und Verantwortungsbewusstsein können Sie erfolgreich im Team arbeiten und effizient und zielführend die Geschäftsfälle verarbeiten und Veränderungen mittragen

• Schliesslich verfügen Sie über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
