We are looking for an Associate to join our Private Equity Technology Team, based in either Zug, Switzerland or London, UK, with a focus on majority/control investments. While prior experience in the Software & Technology sector is preferred, we welcome candidates from other industries who can demonstrate a genuine interest in Software & Technology. Key responsibilities: Build, maintain, and interpret financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate potential investmentLead and support diligence workstreams in coordination with advisors, management teams, and service providersPrepare investment memoranda and manage internal stakeholder communications and workflowsIdentify and assess investment opportunities and target companies through market research, networking, and industry analysisMontor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives

Strong academic credentials 3–5 years of experience in Private Equity, investment banking or management consulting Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others at all levels of seniority Self-directed, with proven ability to manage and complete tasks within demanding timelines and competing priorities
