We are seeking a Client Integration Manager to join our growing Clients Team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client onboarding and product integration, effectively bridging the gap between client requirements and our technical solution, while nurturing strong, long-term client relationships. This role is central to scaling our platform and driving sustained client success.
Reporting directly to the VP Clients, you will collaborate extensively across the organization, particularly with our product and development teams, and manage client relationships across our global footprint, which involves occasional travel for on-site meetings. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, fast-paced startup culture with a global reach.
Please note: This is a hybrid role. You’ll be expected in the office twice a week and make regular trips to Zurich.
Tasks
In this role, you will
- Master the vestr platform and deliver a high-quality, seamless onboarding experience for our global clientele.
- Translate complex client requirements and detailed business context into clear, actionable blueprints (user stories, process flows), thus empowering the internal teams to write precise and complete specifications.
- Identify process improvements to scale and drive efficiency in the onboarding process and across the whole vestr company.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and collaborating closely with the Product team to enhance the platform.
- Craft and present compelling slide decks, project plans, and proposals to guide successful implementations and support business development.
- Champion an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, collaborating closely with our support team.
- Educate and guide new clients through complex platform features, while actively nurturing existing client relationships for long-term growth.
- Cultivate dynamic, high-trust relationships with executives and technology specialists across our global clientele.
Requirements
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a candidate who fits one of the following profiles:
- A project manager or consultant with experience in the financial services industry, preferably with technological expertise, or
- A financial services expert with in-depth knowledge of the actively managed industry (e.g. former AMC trader, sales or structurer); experience with the vestr platform would be an advantage.
You bring
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant role.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German (both written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
- The right to work in Switzerland.
- A proactive, autonomous, and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A good understanding of the capital market industry and its products.
- Previous exposure to clients, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with product development and an understanding of technical concepts around the solution delivery lifecycle, basic programming, and scripting is a plus.
