Über diesen Job
We’re at an exciting stage: welcoming new clients, rolling out new systems, and opening up fresh opportunities. Things move quickly here, and not everything is set in stone. That’s a chance for you to jump in, take ownership, and leave your mark.
You’ll be working across different areas from data and analysis to client support, product, and marketing. No two days look the same, and you’ll get to learn a lot while directly shaping how we work and grow.
If you’re curious, hands-on, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment, you’ll feel right at home with us.
Tasks
Client onboarding & support
- Helping new pension funds and insurance customers onboard smoothly into our platform (and spotting hiccups before they turn into headaches)
- Supporting users with their questions
- Preparing reports and presentations that make our clients go “ah, now I get it”
Data & analysis
- Proof-checking balance sheets and P&L data so our numbers always add up
- Running market research, digging into data, and benchmarking competitors to guide smart decisions
- Do financial forecasting and simulations with our tool
Product collaboration
- Turning insights into action by working closely with product managers and engineers
- Define new features needed for our product
Marketing & business development
- Supporting our marketing activities
- Assisting in business development initiatives when needed
Process improvements
- Spotting inefficiencies in how we work and suggesting smarter ways forward
Requirements
We know requirements lists can look intimidating. Please don't let that stop you. If you recognise yourself in most of this and feel genuinely excited about what we're building, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for
- A generalist mindset: curious, hands-on, and ready to get stuck in, whether that's crunching numbers, talking to a client, or helping shape a product feature.
- Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken. You'll be reading financial reports, writing client-facing outputs, and joining calls. Native speaker level not required.
- A feel for numbers and financial data. You're comfortable working with balance sheets, P&L statements, or market data without needing someone to hold your hand.
- Some exposure to financial instruments, investment concepts, or capital markets, through studies, work experience, or genuine personal interest.
- Python or Excel skills you've actually used to build or analyse something: a model, a script, a structured tool, anything real.
Good to have
- Experience with financial data terminals like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or FactSet.
- Familiarity with the asset management, pension, or insurance space, even from the outside looking in.
- An interest in how software products are built and what makes them useful to institutional clients.
- Awareness of regulatory topics in European financial services (DORA, open finance, FINMA, etc.).
Background
A university degree in finance, economics, business, or a quantitative field is helpful, but what you've done matters more than where or if you went to university.
You could be a student close to graduation, a recent grad, or someone early in their career who's ready to take on real responsibility from day one.
Benefits
- No two days look the same: You’ll jump between finance, product, data, and research
- We are a small, dynamic team where you can make a real impact. Everyone contributes, shares ideas and supports each other, creating plenty of opportunities to learn and influence our growth.
- Hybrid setup: about 1-2 days a week in Zug, the rest flexible
👉 Sounds like you? We look forward to hearing from you!
