We provide a comprehensive range of services for our clients. This includes hotel, catering, spa and crew management on board ocean and river cruise ships in the premium, luxury and expedition segments.
While around 16,000 crew members are deployed on cruise ships worldwide, we employ over 220 people at our locations in Switzerland, Germany, Malta, France and Cyprus. They are responsible for areas such as administration, crewing, operations, procurement, recruiting and corporate management, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

As Junior Administration & Recruiting Manager (f⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, a varied job in recruiting awaits you, from central Switzerland to the whole world!
- Support and close cooperation with the Hotel Services team for the Mein Schiff® fleet
- during the entire recruiting process (taking over preliminary telephone interviews, clarifications, etc.)
- above all, in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of castings
- various administrative activities, such as
- Activation and deactivation of job advertisements
- Processing unsolicited applications
- Cleaning up duplicates
- Developing new ideas for recruiting employees
- Presence at various trade fairs and career days, including extensive travel
Your course & your talents
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel / catering industry
- Professional experience on a cruise ship desirable
- Initial professional experience in HR / recruiting or generally in administration desirable
- convincing, positive and communicative team player with a sense of responsibility
- Initiative, flexibility, resilience, a structured way of working and a high degree of empathy
- The center of life in Switzerland, or the willingness to move the center of life permanently to Switzerland (office in Zug)
- Strong organizational skills with confident IT skills (especially MS Office)
- Very good knowledge of German (level C2) required
- Very good knowledge of English
