As Junior Administration & Recruiting Manager (f⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, a varied job in recruiting awaits you, from central Switzerland to the whole world!

• Support and close cooperation with the Hotel Services team for the Mein Schiff® fleet
• during the entire recruiting process (taking over preliminary telephone interviews, clarifications, etc.)
• above all, in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of castings
• various administrative activities, such as
• Activation and deactivation of job advertisements
• Processing unsolicited applications
• Cleaning up duplicates
• Developing new ideas for recruiting employees
• Presence at various trade fairs and career days, including extensive travel

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel / catering industry
• Professional experience on a cruise ship desirable
• Initial professional experience in HR / recruiting or generally in administration desirable
• convincing, positive and communicative team player with a sense of responsibility
• Initiative, flexibility, resilience, a structured way of working and a high degree of empathy
• The center of life in Switzerland, or the willingness to move the center of life permanently to Switzerland (office in Zug)
• Strong organizational skills with confident IT skills (especially MS Office)
• Very good knowledge of German (level C2) required
• Very good knowledge of English
