About the role
As Legal Counsel, you will play a central role in supporting the company ' s global commercial activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, and Compliance, as well as external partners.
You will:
- Draft, negotiate and review complex commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide legal advice on procurement and supplier contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Support business strategy by refining legal templates and frameworks, and advising on key operational decisions.
- Participate in high-level negotiations and help resolve commercial disputes and claims.
- Lead legal aspects of strategic projects while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
This position is ideal for a legal professional ready to work across borders and industries in a truly international and collaborative environment.
About the candidate
To succeed in this role, you will bring 4 - 8 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a blend of private practice and in-house legal work in international environments.
You will possess:
- A law degree with bar admission in Switzerland or another European jurisdiction.
- Expertise in commercial and contract law, particularly in negotiation and cross-jurisdictional matters.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external partners.
- A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with the ability to manage risk while enabling commercial outcomes.
- Openness to legal tech, innovation and evolving industry practices.
