What You’ll Do

This role combines front desk reception, day-to-day operations, and team support—perfect if you’re organized, friendly, and curious to learn how a fast-growing tech hub works behind the scenes.

You’ll be:

• The first point of contact at our reception is greeting guests and making them feel at home
• Supporting the day-to-day office operations (meeting rooms, mail, vendors, office supplies, etc.)
• Helping onboard new members in our co-working community
• Answering calls and emails (in English and German)
• Jumping in to help with internal events, logistics, and whatever else comes up – we’re a small, collaborative team!

What We’re Looking For

• You don’t need years of experience; we’re looking for someone who is:
• Proactive, friendly, and service-oriented
• Comfortable communicating in both English and German
• A natural multitasker who stays calm and organised, even on busy days
• Curious about startups, tech, or blockchain (you don’t need to be an expert!)
• Currently studying or recently graduated in business, hospitality, or a similar field
