Your Role

• Lead introductory conversations with prospective clients (no cold calling or chasing).
• After sign-up, transition into a mentoring role, supporting clients step by step through our proven framework.
• Foster strong relationships both online and in-person networking.
• Guide senior leaders to rediscover purpose, fulfillment, and freedom.
• Support the growth and visibility of our services in the Nordic countries.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in leadership or client-facing roles within hospitality, luxury services, aviation, tourism, or other high-pressure sectors
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English
• Genuine desire for purposeful, flexible, self-directed work
• Passion for helping others transition into fulfilling next chapters
• Comfort with entrepreneurial, commission-based roles
