EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a global sustainability manufacturer of recyclable packaging across international locations within the beverages & FMCG industry in its search for a Supply Chain Network Design Manager.

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Network Design Manager who has covered multiple areas across the entire supply chain, such as Warehousing, Logistics, Network Planning, Capacity Planning, and Technology/Process Improvements.

As the Supply Chain Network Design Manager, you'll take on various responsibilities across the end-to-end supply chain. You'll be mainly responsible for manging scenarios within the network and processes across Supply Chain Operations.

This role is based in Zug, Switzerland.

The main responsibilities of the Supply Chain Network Design Manager include:

• Develop and refine end-to-end Supply Chain Network strategies to support mid/long-term business growth and operational efficiency
• Optimize the manufacturing footprint, warehouse locations, and distribution centers for cost-effective and agile Supply Chain Operations
• Design an efficient logistics network in collaboration with Logistics to enhance transport efficiency to reduce cost and CO2 footprint
• Assess production and distribution locations to ensure network resilience, risk mitigation, and sustainability goals
• Analyze production capacities and logistics constraints to plan future network needs
• Forecast manufacturing and distribution capacity requirements to prevent bottlenecks and ensure Supply Chain agility

Role requirements:

• Experience of leveraging digital tools, AI, and automation to improve Supply Chain visibility and decision-making
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Network Planning, manufacturing footprint analysis, logistics optimization
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in Manufacturing and Logistics Supply Chain Planning
