• Overall responsibility for financial reporting, accounting and controlling
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, treasury and tax coordination, prepare and oversee the annual audit process
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO and management team on all financial matters
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, deliver timely, decision-relevant financial insights
• Translate financial performance into actionable insights and support strategic decisions
• Review and challenge financial reporting from national master franchisees across Europe
• Drive digitalisation and optimisation of finance processes, including the ongoing e-billing project
• Lead and develop a small finance team

• University degree in Finance or related field, additional qualifications like CPA or Expert in accounting and controlling is a plus
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with strong accounting expertise
• Proven track record in roles such as Finance Director, Head of Finance or Senior Finance Manager within an SME or mid-sized international environment
• Experience in franchise or platform businesses is an advantage
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, audit, cash flow management and tax coordination
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong ownership
• Able to operate effectively at both senior stakeholder level and in operational detail
