Job description
- You will be responsible for the professional guidance and supervision of all subordinate employees
- You will ensure the continuous assurance and further development of high quality care and support
- The implementation of resident-oriented care is one of your core tasks
- You will plan, implement and evaluate all nursing measures individually and comprehensively
- In addition, you will regularly review the care planning and documentation and adjust it if necessary
Requirements
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d), healthcare and paediatric nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- You are willing to undertake further training
- Professional competence, commitment, flexibility and innovative thinking characterise you
- you have empathy and a good feel for the individual needs of the residents
- good German language skills and a valid work permit are available
